I have been learning Carnatic Music from Maanasa mam for the past 5 years. This journey has been memorable and has made me learn a lot about music. This journey taught me Carnatic Music from the basics with great details and depth. My journey with Maanasa Mam made me feel and love the vast ocean of Carnatic Music and I would love to thank her for teaching me music patiently. I am truly blessed to have Vijaya Mam in my life. It’s because of her that I was able to perform my Arangetram on January 10, 2024, accompanied by the legendary violin, mridangam, and morsing artists. She guided me through every step of the process, from learning Manodharma music to practicing Kalpana Swaras, Neraval, and Aalapanai. The countless rehearsals sessions with Mam and the other musicians coming together to practice, created an incredibly supportive environment that helped me grow. It was through those sessions that I built the confidence to perform and reach the level required for my Arangetram. Vijaya Mam’s love, guidance, and belief in me made all the difference. I am forever grateful for everything that she has done for me. This place has been a Virtual home for my musical journey.
